I fell in love with lifting weights and eating “clean” in 2012. 3 years later and it’s still an important part of my life. Of course, it originally started because I wanted to look hot in a bikini and developed into way more than that. Now I actually enjoy these things called squats and deadlifts.


I take a “flexible” approach to my diet, (Learn more about that here) which means that no foods are off limits. I eat whatever I want as long as it fits into my daily caloric and macronutrient intake. (Macronutrients = Protein, Carbs, & Fats) Currently, I’m training for strength, with plans to start leaning out in late spring. Flexible Dieting can work for anyone, not just athletes, bodybuilders, powerlifters, etc. Look into it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
